This isn't another app to practise alone

It's a real, living community that meets each morning. There's something about knowing others are sitting with you — gently keeping you company, and keeping you turning up — that a solitary timer on a screen never quite manages. You don't have to be disciplined. You just have to show up, and let the rhythm carry you.

Anyone, anytime, anywhere

Every day there's a brand-new guided meditation waiting in your app. Join me live at 7:30am UK time if the morning suits you — or simply press play whenever, wherever you are in the world. A lunch break in New York, an evening in Sydney, a quiet five minutes in between: it's all one tap away.

No commute to a class, no rigid schedule, no pressure. Just your practice, ready when you are.

Rooted in ACT — the science of a freer mind

Most meditation apps stop at "relax." We go further. The Club is built around Acceptance & Commitment Training (ACT) — a gentle, evidence-based approach to three things: being present, opening up to whatever you're feeling, and doing what truly matters to you.

Practised over time, this builds what researchers call psychological flexibility — and the evidence is striking: it improves stress, mood, focus, relationships and resilience. In other words, it quietly improves almost everything else.

And it's far from fringe. ACT is used within the NHS, reflected in World Health Organization stress guidance, and drawn on by leading organisations and elite athletes — right up to Olympic medallists.

Begin with a single breath

A guided meditation playing in the app — 'Neuroscience based for Peace and Focus' — with captions and a gentle scrubber, over a calm lake at dawn

You don't need willpower, or an hour you don't have. The Club is built on the latest science of behaviour change: start impossibly small — just one conscious breath — and let the habit grow gradually, naturally, from there.

Tiny, repeatable, kind. That's how a practice actually lasts. Every session is beautifully produced, with optional captions, so you can simply press play and arrive.

A different practice each day — something for everyone

No two mornings are the same, so there's always something that fits how you feel:

  • Mondays — Mindfulness or nondual meditation
  • Tuesdays — Breathing-exercise meditation
  • Wednesdays — Reflection on a piece of wisdom
  • Thursdays — Acceptance & Commitment–based meditation
  • Fridays — Story-based meditation
  • Weekends — Listening to calming music together

And beyond the daily live sit, a whole library to browse any time — gathered by theme, from a 7-sit Start here for beginners through to Taoist Wisdom and Nondual Awareness.

The app's meditation library organised by theme: Start here, Essentials, Mindfulness, Breathwork, Taoist Wisdom, Acceptance and Action, Mindful Story, Nondual Awareness and Focus and Science

For everyone — wherever you're starting

Whether you've never meditated in your life or you've practised for decades, you'll feel at home. I guide every session gently, so beginners are never lost — and there's enough depth to keep experienced meditators nourished.

And if what you've really been missing is a live, daily community to connect with — people turning toward stillness together, every single day — this is exactly that.
