No. Many members rarely make it live and use the recordings instead. But most people find that showing up live — even occasionally — is what makes the real difference. There's something about a shared space, even a quiet one, that holds you.

Those apps have millions of anonymous users and no human connection. The Daily Mindfulness Club has around 50 members and a teacher who knows your name. It's the difference between a gym app and a running partner who shows up with you every morning.
The bonus Qigong class runs 7:20–7:30am UK time, followed by the guided meditation until around 8am. All sessions are recorded if you can't make it live.
